• To create a ClubFit Loyalty account for you, which can be used both online and in stores.
• To improve the products and services we offer through this site.
• To respond to any queries you may have.

The personal information that is collected by The Athlete’s Foot is forwarded to PPS Loyalty Pty Ltd, 145 Darling St, Balmain, NSW 2041 (managers of the ClubFit™ Program) who will issue the vouchers to you when you have reached the required level of spending.
Your personal information:
• Will not be divulged by either The Athlete’s Foot or PPS Loyalty Pty Ltd to any third party; and
• Will be used primarily for the purpose of providing you with vouchers.
The only personal information which will be collected from you as a member of ClubFit™ at The Athlete’s Foot will be:
• Your name and address
• Your phone number(s), email address and date of birth
• Transaction details relating to purchases made at The Athlete’s Foot.
As part of the service provided to you by The Athlete’s Foot, you will be receiving from time to time marketing materials relating to products and services offered by The Athlete’s Foot. This information will be forwarded to you by post, email or SMS on an ad hoc basis. As a member of ClubFit™ at The Athlete’s Foot you consent to the use of your information for that purpose.
The personal information collected will be retained by The Athlete’s Foot. If you no longer wish to be a member of ClubFit™ at The Athlete’s Foot, simply advise The Athlete’s Foot by contacting 0800 237 834 to delete your details from the database.
The Athlete’s Foot is conscious of the need for privacy and security for your online shopping experience. The Athlete's Foot New Zealand website (www.theathletesfoot.co.nz) values your security. We use 128 bit SSL security on all credit card transactions which is reinforced with 3DES encryption. We take every precaution to ensure that your details are transmitted securely and comply with industry regulation.
As part of the website content managed system used by The Athlete’s Foot have secure processes built into the online store:
• Every order has a unique number
• All your payment details can only be retrieved by The Athlete’s Foot in an encrypted session
• Confirmation emails of your order are sent to you the customer
We only email you if you want us to. We do not send unsolicited emails. When you register your email address with us, if you choose to, you go on a list to receive email announcements about products, offers and promotions from us. Every email message we send includes an email address to which you can respond. If at any time you decide you do not want to receive our emails, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter. If you unsubscribe you will continue to receive emails specifically related to your online orders.
Once an order has been placed, you will not be able to cancel it, however once you have received your goods, you will be able to return them for a exchange or refund within 100 days of the goods dispatch.
From the moment your order leaves our store, you will receive an email notification confirming dispatch details where you will be allocated a tracking number and be advised of your allocated delivery service (PBT Couriers). ?To track your order, go to pbt.com, and enter your tracking number in the top right, PBT Track.
The Athlete's Foot delivers New Zealand wide. To guarantee safe arrival of your order from The Athlete's Foot, please specify a delivery address which will be manned during business (PO boxes are NOT accepted as a delivery address). If no one is present to accept your delivery, a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office or courier depot. We currently do NOT accept international orders.
The Athlete's Foot offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders. No matter your location in New Zealand or how many pairs you decide to purchase from us, delivery is absolutely FREE. Dispatch Times The Athlete's Foot offers you SAME DAY DISPATCH for ALL orders placed before 1PM, this is purely dependent on stock availability. There are often instances where a product you have ordered is not in stock therefore the same day dispatch cannot be met, however you will be notified and we will endeavour to have your order dispatched in a timely manner. All orders are expected to be dispatched within 24 hours.
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is unavailable, The Athlete's Foot will endeavour to notify you of any delay within 24 hours.?All dispatch times exclude weekends, The Athlete's Foot operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

We’re not happy until you’re 100% satisfied with the fit of your new shoes. So if they’re anything short of perfect, simply send them back or, better still, return them to any one of over 10 The Athlete’s Foot stores nationwide and receive a free personalised fitting from one of our qualified Fit Technicians. The Athlete’s Foot has a 100 day New Zealand wide free shipping returns policy for all online purchases, provided the returns are unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Or if you prefer, you can return your online purchase in the original packaging to one of our stores within 100 days.?
• You can return your purchase up to 100 days from date of dispatch
• Products must be unworn, in the condition that you received them and in the original box and/or packaging
• New Zealand wide return shipping is absolutely free OR
• Return to any one of our 10 stores with proof of purchase
To return (within 100 days from date of dispatch), simply:
1. Pack up your unworn shoes into its original shoe box
2. Place the shoe box with the unworn shoes into another carton
3. Log in to Your Account on theathletesfoot.co.nz website.
4. Click Order History
5. Click the return item button on the product you wish to return
6. Fill out your name and receipt number, reason for return & refund or exchange on the card provided and place in the box.
7. Clearly label the package with “The Athlete’s Foot Returns”
8. Follow the instructions on the returns card to book your courier.
9. Please have someone will need to be home for the courier to collect, otherwise enter information for courier in the special instructions when you book your courier online.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style you may do so, this is subject to availability of course.
Return your unwanted shoes using the returns process above, to us unworn, in its original condition including original shoe box within 100 working days from the date of dispatch together. Exchange requests will only be dispatched when the goods have been returned in good order to our Head Office.
Come into one of our 10 stores for an exchange - subject to availability.
If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a refund. Simply return your unwanted shoes to us unworn, in its original condition including original shoe box within 100 working days following the returns process above. Refunds are always processed using the original method of payment at the time of purchase (Credit Card or PayPal) within 1-2 working days of receiving the goods at our Head Office.
Returning Goods Instore
You can return your shoes to any one of our 10 stores nationwide to exchange or refund. Your must present your emailed Proof of purchase at the time of your return in store. See our store locations.
We have tried to ensure all products have been described correctly and that the products will comply with the descriptions appearing on this site at the time when you submit the order. If a product does not comply with its product description, you may return the product(s) and accept a refund or exchange the product(s). Please view our returns page.
The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.
The prices for the products listed on this site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. We endeavour to ensure that all prices listed on this site are consistent with the prices offered at our stores.
