Upper
The Nike Free RN has a single layer upper that is designed to feel like a second skin with its flexibility and stretchiness.
Outsole
The outsole contains rubber pods that are found in the heel and toe off areas of high wear for increased traction
Midsole
The hot-knife cut grooves through the sole allow for uninhibited movement of the foot, designed to allow the foot to rely on itself and strengthen the intrinsic muscles that stabilise the foot.
Interior
Full bootie construction makes the shoe easy to put on and off while allowing for minimal seams to reduce friction.
