At the forefoot, a FF Blast Turbo insert enhances energy return and is 33% lighter than tradition Asics FF Blast. Run distraction free thanks to the inherently stable geometry, such as wider basenets and a full ground contact outsole that provide stability on the go.

Engineered woven upper for the a lightweight fit that hugs the foot.
Outsole
ASICSGRIP™ rubber outsole provides advanced grip, whilst the full-ground contact design creates a smoother and more efficient ride.
Midsole
Top and bottom layer FF BLAST PLUS cushioning sandwiches a 1.5mm thick carbon infused TPU plate, and combines cloud-like softness with an energetic toe off. In the forefoot, FF Blast Turbo technology provides enhanced energy return at a 33% lighter weight than traditional FF Blast foam.
Interior
Removable EVA sockliner provides additional cushioning underfoot.
