Upper
With comfort in mind Ascent have used a soft full grain leather with a thermoplastic heel counter for heel support, and thermoplastic reinforcement at the toe to prevent deformation of the upper over time. In addition to this a double Velcro enclosure is used to ensure easy slip on and off
Outsole
Knowing the importance of a durable outsole Ascent have used a perpetual rubber outsole
Midsole
The moulded EVA midsole provides long lasting cushioning throughout the life of the shoe, reactively cushioning the foot through its walk. A nylon shank and firm heel counter supports the foot through even the most active days
Interior
Continuing the durability internally this shoe has been lined with cushioned mesh and also includes a microfibre wear tab at heel
